s of February 1, 2020 all residents calling in passes to the gate must provide a PIN number to confirm their identity. This PIN is generated by the Gatehouse software and can be found under "Occupant Info" in your Gatehouse portal.
If you use the mobile app, go to Home and then "My Profile". You will find the PIN at the bottom of the page.
Residents who have not yet accessed their Gatehouse portal will need to visit the CSD Office with their ID. Staff there will confirm your identity and provide your PIN number. PIN numbers will not be given out without identification or over the phone.
