May 14th Board Meeting Will Take Place Using Zoom
he May 14th Regular Board meeting will be taking place online using Zoom's webinar platform so that members of the public can attend. Zoom is a video communications platform that allows attendees to take part using a computer, smartphone app, or by calling in to listen to the meeting.
The meeting will take place on Thursday, May 14th at 6 pm. To join via computer, click the link on the meeting date and time: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/82900290392
If you join the meeting in your internet browser you will be able to see the agenda and board package as they are being discussed.
If you do not have speakers or a microphone on your computer, you can dial in for audio.

Upon joining the meeting, all attendees are muted by default. If you would like to speak during the public comment portion of the meeting, you have the following options:
- Online - raise your hand.
- Phone - press *9 to raise your hand, *6 to send a request to be unmuted to submit verbal comments.
