With more than 30 years of city and town management experience in California, Washinton, Minnesota, and Missouri, Bill has managed annual budgets ranging from 6 million dollars to 95 million dollars and has led both small and medium sized communities.
He holds a bachelor's and master's degree in Public Administration and was a International City/County Managers Association (ICMA) Credentialed City Manager for 15 years.
Chief Dan Suttles comes to us from the Glendale Police Department, where he served over 18 years. He has a wide variety of experience ranging from operations to administrative responsibilities. Chief Suttles has been with the Bear Valley Police Department since February of 2022.

Now a Bear Valley Springs resident, she grew up in Tehachapi, and her family has community ties reaching back over 70 years. Her grandparents moved here from Texas in 1940, and her mother was born and raised here. Kristy's background includes ten years as Box Office and Admissions manager at the Antelope Valley Fair. She worked in the accounting office for Henrietta Weill Child Guidance Clinic for two years before joining the CSD staff in 2013.
