Thank you for the opportunity to serve this beautiful community. I offer my services as a committee member in any capacity but have specific experience in finance and budget. I served as financial systems manager for Blue Cross of California and retired as Assistant Commissioner of the Financial Management Service, U. S. Department of the Treasury. So please accept this letter of interest as my offer to serve on the Finance Committee or any other committee that needs my assistance.
